Kubiak on RB Arian Foster

After picking up nearly 100 yards from scrimmage on Sunday against Seattle, rookie running back Arian Foster will likely see some more action, along with Chris Brown and Ryan Moats. Kubiak liked what he saw out of Foster versus the Seahawks, but he wasn't thrilled by the young ball-carrier's practice this morning.

"He's got a long way to go," Kubiak said. "He needs to practice better than he practiced today. He's a young player. A little inconsistent, but he's got a lot of talent."

Foster concurred with his coach's assessment.

"I had a couple mental errors, and I've got to overcome that," Foster said. "I'm just going to try to do my job out there."

Kubiak said that Foster is in a unique position for an undrafted rookie.

"He's getting an opportunity here and he needs to understand how important this opportunity is," Kubiak said.
