Puka Nacua leaves game with knee injury

Rams WR Puka Nacua left Sunday’s game against the Lions with a knee injury.

Fantasy Impact:

Nacua initially left the game during the second quarter and was being checked out in the medical tent. He attempted to test out the knee and was even back in for a short moment but the Rams ultimately decided to keep Nacua out for the rest of the game after halftime. We’ll hopefully have an update after the game but hopefully the injury isn’t too serious.

Browns plan to sign free agent running back Royce Freeman to the practice squad.

Fantasy Impact:

Freeman did pretty well when he saw action with the Rams toward the end of last season. He was with Dallas this summer where he drew some hype, and for about a week the team had us convinced he may see significant action for the Cowboys. However, he was eventually released.

Packers place RB MarShawn Lloyd on IR

Packers are placing rookie RB MarShawn Lloyd on injured reserve due to an ankle injury.

Fantasy Impact:

Lloyd dealt with a hamstring injury leading up to the season and has now injured his ankle enough to be placed on IR, and he'll miss the next four games. The team did sign Brooks from their practice squad but Wilson looks to be the backup to Jacobs.
