With a full practice today, and the absence just being due to illness, we shouldn't expect any limitations for Jackson in Week 14.

Titans coach Mike Vrabel clarifies that RB Derrick Henry is not in the concussion protocol.

Earlier today we reported from Adam Schefter that Henry was in protocol, but that turns out not to be the case. As Rapoport's post went on to say, this news puts Henry on track to play this week. It's a Monday night game against the Dolphins so owners will want to continue to monitor the situation. If for some reason Spears is still on your wire, he's still worth grabbing, especially if you're a Henry owner.

That will leave his status for this week's game in Miami in doubt. The trend this year is players tend to miss a week after entering protocol, but it isn't always the case. If Henry has to miss the game, Spears would seem to be a solid replacement option. He could benefit in the passing game if the Titans fall behind against a powerful Dolphin offense. Spears had 20 touches against the Colts, including 16 carries and four receptions.

Steelers S Minkah Fitzpatrick (hamstring) is out again Sunday, while WR George Pickens (shin) fully participated today and is good to go against the Bengals.

Pickens' target participation has predictably plummeted since the return of Diontae Johnson, and he has 104 total receiving yards in his last four games combined. Will new OC Eddie Faulkner get Pickens going in Week 12? It's possible, but he can't be trusted as more than a FLEX play at this point.

Ravens’ WR Rashod Bateman left practice early today with a foot injury, but HC John Harbaugh said Bateman “should be fine.”

Bateman has been a complete nonfactor in fantasy football, and a foot injury obviously isn't going to help anything. he has more than three targets in only two contests and his Week 11 touchdown was the first of his season.

Ravens tight end Mark Andrews is undergoing surgery on his high-ankle sprain today, Mike Garafolo of NFL Media reports.

Andrews likely is out for the year, Garafolo added, with an outside chance of returning if Baltimore makes a deep playoff run. As we reported Monday, Coach John Harbaugh kept the door open for that possibility when he said “it wasn’t as bad as initially feared” immediately after the game after the MRI delivered “some optimism.” It looks like Andrews can be dropped in redraft leagues.

The Ravens aren’t closing the door on the possibility of tight end Mark Andrews returning to the lineup this season.

Andrews suffered a cracked fibula along with damage to ankle ligaments.

“Nothing’s completely definitive yet,” Harbaugh said. “My understanding is, in talking with our trainer and the doctors, it wasn’t as bad as initially feared after the game. . . . It’s a little cleaner than they thought based on the MRI. He’s gonna be involved with Dr. Anderson down there in Carolina next few days. We’ll know more There might be an outside chance he could get back at some point in time. The story went on to say Andrews is still out indefinitely and it wasn't specific about when a possible return could be. At this point, it's hard to believe Andrews would make it back for the current fantasy season, but it seems possible if the Ravens make a long playoff run, Andrews could join them at some point. Just in case, owners may not want to completely cut ties with Andrews just yet, and if you can stash him on an IR spot, that may be the best move. Those without IR spots may want to still hold him and feel out any more news. At this point of the fantasy season, roster spots are valuable, however.

Burks is still dealing with a concussion, and is fighting an uphill battle to play in Week 11. Hopkins remains the only fantasy option we should consider this week in the Titans' pass-catching group, as he looks to rebound from a 3-27-0 Week 10.

Wacker said Harbaugh was asked about Mitchell only getting 4 snaps and 1 touch in the second half. Harbaugh said, “Looking back on it would we have wanted him out there more? Yea.” The post said Harbaugh added the reason why he didn't get more work had to do with being a young guy and the team still working him in. Mitchell again showed big-play ability in Week 10. He had three carries for 34 yards and a touchdown and his only reception of the game went for 32 yards. Mitchell, on three carries, out-rushed Edwards and Hill combined as they only collected 31 yards on 13 carries. Mitchell will remain a risky play outside of deeper leagues until we see him get more work on a regular basis. But if he's still on your wire, now is the time to grab him because that day could be coming soon.
