Bills TE Dawson Knox has been cleared to play Sunday against the Raiders, according to Chris Brown of the Buffalo Bills.

Josh Allen connected with Tyler Kroft for two touchdowns last week in Knox's stead, showing that no matter who is playing tight end, Allen will target them. Knox is a TE3 with TE2 potential this week.

Bears QB Nick Foles came in to replace Mitch Trubisky in the second half of their game against the Falcons.

Trubisky went 13/21 for 128 yards, one touchdown and one interception in the field half but the inconsistency led to the QB switch. However, the Bears were only down 16-10 at the half. The timing is interesting but many felt before the season it was only a matter of time before the former Super Bowl MVP took over in Chicago.

Tight end has not been a focal point of the Bills offensive attack to begin the year, but QB Josh Allen trusts Knox. Jason Croom should see majority of the snaps for the Bills but is not a fantasy factor.

According to Steve Reed on Twitter, Carolina Panthers offensive coordinator Joe Brady stated that he will be looking to get Curtis Samuel more involved in the offense, adding "Good things happen when the ball is in his hands".

With Christian McCaffrey on injured reserve, now would be as good a time as ever to unleash the Curtis Samuel package offensive coordinator Joe Brady, no doubt dreamed up this offseason. Samuel has been a disappointment to this point of the season, but an expanded role could put him back on the deep league flex radar. Samuel is our 71st ranked wide receiver for Week 3.

With Courtland Sutton out, Tim Patrick will see more targets alongside rookies Jerry Jeudy, K.J. Hamler and Tyrie Cleveland. Additionally, third-year pro DaeSean Hamilton and second-year pro Diontae Spencer, a former CFL star who is the Broncos’ punt returner, will also need to elevate. The depth in the receivers’ room has Patrick still feeling confident about the unit’s potential, even minus its injured Pro Bowler.

Even with a young, talented group of WRs, the story said the onus is on Patrick after spending his offseason training with Sutton and Hamilton in Miami and Atlanta, where Patrick sought to bring more refinement to his game. Patrick is a name to keep an eye on but probably isn't on a lot of radars this week, and, the QB situation isn't ideal as either Jeff Driskel or Blake Bortles will be under center until Drew Lock comes back.
