Giants QB Daniel Jones is questionable for Sunday's game against the Arizona Cardinals, according to Art Stapleton of The Record in New Jersey.

Giants head coach Joe Judge has consistently said that he wanted to give Jones the full week and up to game time to decide if playing him is on the table. This will be one of the top injury concerns to monitor Sunday.

Rams head coach Sean McVay told reporters Friday that he would not commit to RB Cam Akers as their starting/feature back going forward. McVay also pointed to the productiveness of Darrell Henderson and Malcolm Brown in other games, according to Lindsey Thiry of ESPN.

Okay Sean. We all saw what Akers did last night. Anything less than the starter/feature role for Akers would be negligence of the highest order. But then again, trusting NFL coaches to do the right thing can be difficult to expect. Do not worry about Akers being usurped by Henderson or Brown short of a major disappointment by the rookie.

New York Giants quarterback Daniel Jones was back at practice on Thursday.

Jones was seen taking the first snap with the offense, a sign that he may indeed be drawing close to being cleared for Week 14. Jones remains more of a superflex option against Arizona but does have a plus matchup. Currently our 27th ranked quarterback for Week 14, Jones has a waiver wire floor, if he is not producing with his legs. He has thrown just one touchdown in his last three contests. With that said, his return will be a boost for the Giants other skill players.
