Saints RB Alvin Kamara (ankle, knee) did not practice Wednesday. The Saints cut Zach Zenner, indicating that Kamara might be on his way back this week, but this is a bad start to the week. If he returns, it would reduce Latavius Murray to RB3/flex status.

49ers trade for WR Emmanuel Sanders

After listening to offers over the last week, the Broncos traded Emmanuel Sanders and a 2020 fifth-round pick to the San Francisco 49ers for a third- and fourth-round selection in next year’s draft.

Fantasy Impact:

The 49ers now have a number-one target. The 9ers haven't got much out of their WRs this year: Samuel 15-169-1, Pettis 9-83-1, Goodwin 11-181-1, so Sanders should at least maintain his fantasy value with a chance to increase it as he gets more familiar with the offense.

Meanwhile in Denver, Sutton remains the WR1 with Hamilton and Spencer moving up the depth chart.

Packers WR Davante Adams (toe, out) missed practice all week and is out for Week 7. Geronimo Allison (concussion, chest, doubtful) missed practice all week and is doubtful for Week 7. Marquez Valdes-Scantling (ankle, knee, questionable) returned to take limited reps Friday after missing practice earlier in the week and is questionable for Week 7. It was originally reported that MVS was a Friday DNP, but officially he was limited. He should be able to play, and he'll be joined by Allen Lazard and Jake Kumerow in three-receiver sets. Lazard and Kumerow are Sneaky Starts against a sketchy Oakland pass defense.

Saints RB Alvin Kamara (ankle, knee, out) missed practice all week and is out for Week 7. With Kamara out, Latavius Murray is a volume-based RB2 in relatively tough matchup against the Bears. This season, the Bears have yielded 137 total yards and 0.8 touchdowns to opposing running backs, including 7.4 receptions per game, so depending on how big of a share Murray gets, he could finish with an RB1-type day.

Saints WR TreQuan Smith (ankle, out) missed practice all week and is out for Week 7. The Saints will be without Smith, Jared Cook and Alvin Kamara, so there are targets up for grabs. Ted Ginn could surprise, though we'd feel a lot better if the game were at home (and Drew Brees was healthy).

Updating an earlier item, Saints RB Alvin Kamara (ankle, knee) and TE Jared Cook (ankle) will not play Sunday.

Fantasy Impact:

Fire up Latavius Murray as a flex and Josh Hill is a TE2 streaming option. Murray is on a small streak after outperforming Kamara in Week 7 and now will see more work with Kamara out. The Bears are a favorable matchup against tight ends but have not allowed a touchdown to the position since Week 1.

Fantasy Impact:

Both players ended up missing practice all week with their respective injuries. We’re awating the official word so keep a watch out for the final designations. If Kamara can’t go, Latavius Murray gets his shot at the lion’s share of the work, while Josh Hill will get the call at tight end.

Packers WRs Davante Adams (toe), Marquez Valdes-Scantling (ankle/knee) and Geronimo Allison (concussion) all are not practicing Friday.

Fantasy Impact:

Questions abound now for the Packers redwing group as all three have now missed practice all week. The Packers’ injury report will be very interesting to keep an eye on later Friday, but all three should be questionable at best, with Allison likely out again with his continued concussion issues. Jake Kumerow, Allen Lazard and Darrius Shepherd are the next three receivers up after the top three.
