Lions RB Theo Riddick says his injury is minor and expects to be available next week when the New Orleans Saints visit Ford Field.
Riddick did most of his damage through the air, catching five passes for 75 yards and one touchdown. He led the Lions in receiving yardage, despite leaving the game in the second half after sustaining a hamstring injury. It's the second time he's dealt with the injury, and it sidelined him last week against Buffalo.
Riddick says he does not expect this injury to linger. He expects to play against the Saints in Week 7. Reggie Bush said he also expects to return in Week 7. If that holds true, it would hurt Riddick's value in Week 7 as both serve as pass-catching backs complimenting Joique Bell.
