The Titans are preparing QB Will Levis to start, as coach Mike Vrabel says both QBs are likely to play assuming Ryan Tannehill can't go.

Getting a peak at Levis makes a ton of sense, as Malik Willis hasn't looked incredible when given the opportunity to run the offense. Neither option should be started this week, but with a good showing, Levis could be more on our radar if Tannehill misses extended time.
