And Tyjae Spears should be OK... Nothing major.

Fantasy Impact:

Spears is the RB2 behind Pollard, who finished with 17 carries and 62 yards, but maybe more important was Pollard collecting five catches for 40 yards. It looks like Spears should be good for Week 3 - and we'll continue to monitor how practice goes this week, however, Spears looks to be running behind Pollard at this point.

Browns plan to sign free agent running back Royce Freeman to the practice squad.

Fantasy Impact:

Freeman did pretty well when he saw action with the Rams toward the end of last season. He was with Dallas this summer where he drew some hype, and for about a week the team had us convinced he may see significant action for the Cowboys. However, he was eventually released.

Packers place RB MarShawn Lloyd on IR

Packers are placing rookie RB MarShawn Lloyd on injured reserve due to an ankle injury.

Fantasy Impact:

Lloyd dealt with a hamstring injury leading up to the season and has now injured his ankle enough to be placed on IR, and he'll miss the next four games. The team did sign Brooks from their practice squad but Wilson looks to be the backup to Jacobs.
