49ers RB Tevin Coleman (knee) did not practice Wednesday. He's expected to miss several weeks with a knee injury. Jerick McKinnon and Jeff Wilson will hold down the fort until Raheem Mostert can return.

49ers TE George Kittle (knee) took limited practice reps Wednesday. Per David Lombardi, HC Kyle Shanahan "did hint" that the field conditions at MetLife will play a role in whether or not Kittle will play in Week 3. If he's out, Jordan Reed would be a good option for TE streamers.

Bills QB Jake Fromm (not injury related) took limited practice reps Wednesday.

Bills RB Zack Moss (toe) did not practice Wednesday. It's a new injury for Moss, who may start to hit the waiver wire in shallow leagues since he hasn't started the season very well.

Bills TE Dawson Knox (concussion) did not practice Wednesday.

Buccaneers WR Chris Godwin (concussion) practiced fully Wednesday. Godwin is on track to return in Week 3. He's a plug and play WR1 whenever he's active.

Buccaneers WR Justin Watson (shoulder) did not practice Wednesday.
