Eagles RB Darren Sproles leaves games with suspected head injury

Philadelphia Eagles star Darren Sproles left Sunday's game against the Redskins in the fourth quarter after a scary and dangerous hit on a punt return.

Washington's Deshazor Everett leveled Sproles before he caught the ball, and he had to be helped from the locker room.

Fantasy Impact:

Sproles never returned after taking the shot. His status for Week 15 is certainly up in the air. The Eagles also lost Wendell Smallwood to a knee injury leaving Ryan Mathews to carry the load later in the game.
