Giant WRs Brandon Marshall, Sterling Shepard leave with ankle injuries

The Giants are down a couple of wide receivers in the second quarter of Sunday’s game against the Chargers.

Sterling Shepard left with a left ankle injury and Brandon Marshall followed with a left ankle injury of his own a couple of plays later. Marshall has been taken back to the locker room on a cart while Shepard remains on the sideline getting attention from the team’s medical staff.

Dwayne Harris also left the game with a foot injury.

Fantasy Impact:

The Marshall injury appeared to be much more serious, which at some point could give Shepard perhaps a more significant role if Marshall would have to miss time. However, Shepard was been ruled out for the day as well, as was Harris.

Kittle returns to a great matchup against a Packers defense that ranks 26th in TE aFPA. He should be fired up as a high-end TE1 once again.

Bears RB D'Andre Swift misses Wednesday practice

Per Bears head coach Matt Eberflus: Ryan Bates remains in the concussion protocol. Elijah Hicks (ankle) and D'Andre Swift (groin) won't practice.

Teven Jenkins will be limited.

This is definitely a situation to keep an eye on, as Johnson would have a huge workload if Swift were to miss Week 12. Homer has three rush attempts and zero targets on the year.
