Bills wide receiver Kelvin Benjamin was hit on the right knee on a run after the catch in the first quarter Sunday. He left the game and it was announced quickly that he would not return.

The story said, by video, the injury appeared to be a hyperextension. There was, however, only one angle. The best-case scenario is a hyperextension sprain and possible bone bruise with ligaments spared. The worst-case is an ACL and/or MCL injury. Earlier this year, Benjamin had an ugly hyperflexion injury on his right knee and ended up playing the next week, the story all said.
