Keeping an open mind when it comes to the team's kicking situation, Ravens coach John Harbaugh said he would consider many options, including an old one.
"Matt’s a possibility coming back," said Harbaugh, referring to former kicker Matt Stover. "That could work out that way."
Stover is currently kicking for the Indianapolis Colts, but the veteran kicker is expected to be released when Adam Vinatieri is healthy next season. Stover had been the Ravens' primary placekicker in their first 13 years of existence. The Ravens went another direction before the 2009 season when the sides couldn't agree on terms of a contract.
Harbaugh, though, also didn't rule out sticking with Billy Cundiff, the team's current kicker, or drafting a kicker.
"Billy Cundiff is a big possibility for us," Harbaugh said. "He’s proved that he can make field goals under pressure situations."
