Falcons QB Matt Ryan had X-rays on foot

Falcons coach Dan Quinn confirmed that Matt Ryan went for X-rays when he spoke to the media on Monday afternoon. According to multiple reporters, the X-rays were on Ryan’s foot and Quinn said that Ryan is 100 percent ready for a Week 6 game against the Buccaneers.

Fantasy Impact:

As the story said, Ryan left the game after a fourth quarter sack where he lost a fumble. With the score 41-17, not many thought anything of his exit. Ryan was sacked six times against Pittsburgh and took 12 hits. The good news is he's going to play in Week 6.

It's a bit of a crapshoot as to who the "WR2" on the offense will be, but now that he's ruled out, Brown and Goedert should get a nice boost to their bottom line. That would lock Goedert into a no-doubt TE1 role in Week 12.
