According to the Associated Press, Leon Washington's compound leg fracture "may have him out into training camp."

Fantasy Impact:

Although compensation was low (5th Rd) for Washington, Seattle expects to have his services for start of the 2010 season. If this is not the case, look for a heavy dose of Lendale "from Glendale" White.

It's a bit of a crapshoot as to who the "WR2" on the offense will be, but now that he's ruled out, Brown and Goedert should get a nice boost to their bottom line. That would lock Goedert into a no-doubt TE1 role in Week 12.
