Keith Bulluck had major surgery to repair the ACL in his left knee just seven months and 10 days ago. But if the Giants had a game today, he’d be playing.
That’s how good the 33-year-old linebacker feels after his first week of practice with the Giants. He insists he has no residual pain despite his first real extended, on-field work since the surgery. In fact, he said, he has no worries about his knee at all.
“It’s scary how good it feels,” Bulluck said this afternoon. “I see myself out there, maybe inches away from making plays that I normally make. But I’m only seven months and two weeks out of surgery. I know I’m only going to keep getting better.”
