Last year you said Vincent Jackson was going to be a pro bowler turned out you were right. So my question is from watching WR Legedu Naanee in camp, predict how much of a contribution he is going to make this year because I'm not sold on him yet. Also you, along with the coaching staff, are raving about the play of Jeremy Williams, so if he does make the team where on the depth chart will he be placed.
The more I watch Legedu, the more I think his potential is almost limitless. But I'm not predicting Pro Bowl this year. First, he's the fourth option (at best) in this offense. Second, he's a year or so away. But he can catch, run and block. So dependable ... Jeremy Williams is a guy who will make 10-20 receptions, depending on Buster's health and other factors.
Naanee will be talked about in a soon-to-be released 4for4.com Draft Bargain piece. Naanee, if the number-two, could prove to be an asset in at least some matchups, even if it's just four weeks when Jackson is suspended. Three of SD's first four games are favorable as well. He could be a nice, late-round selection for you.
