Quarterbacks
Four teams on the main slate have implied point totals of 30 or higher but salaries dictate a small quarterback pool without the necessity to pay up for those games at the position.
Lamar Jackson ($7,400) projects as the QB2 on the slate but is priced as the QB5, offering a $1,100 discount to Kyler Murray with a salary $1,000 below Patrick Mahomes. While Jackson’s Ravens don’t have the eye-popping implied total of some of the other teams on the slate, Baltimore still projects for 26.5 points. What Jackson might lack in touchdown upside compared to some of the other quarterbacks on the slate, he makes up for with his overall usage as one of four players who accounts for at least 80% of his team’s total yards this year.
