Free agent WR DeSean Jackson told Josina Anderson he is joining the Raiders.

Fantasy Impact:

The Raiders love speed and DJax can still bring some to the table. He’ll be an intriguing fit with Derek Carr and alongside Bryan Edwards. Jackson could make his Vegas debut in prime time next week on Sunday night against the Chiefs.

Eagles ruled out WR DeVonta Smith (hamstring) for Sunday against the Rams.

Fantasy Impact:

It's a bit of a crapshoot as to who the "WR2" on the offense will be, but now that he's ruled out, Brown and Goedert should get a nice boost to their bottom line. That would lock Goedert into a no-doubt TE1 role in Week 12.
