Dulin's game was originally built on speed but he has added muscle to change his game and his style. Nate Atkins, the author of the story, said each day of Colts training camp so far has produced a “wow” play from Dulin. The Colts certainly aren't loaded at WR so Dulin has a chance to earn snaps going forward.
