Titans placed wide receiver Kyle Phillips on injured reserve with signing of former Texans and Chiefs wide receiver Chris Conley

Fantasy Impact:

Phillips got off to a hot start, putting owners in most leagues on alert after a 6-66-0 line in Week 1. But since then, he's caught just two balls for 12 yards while playing in Week 2, 4 and 5. He'll miss the next four games at least.
