Eagles sign QB Marcus Mariota to one-year deal

Former Falcons’ QB Marcus Mariota reached an agreement with the Philadelphia Eagles on a one-year, $5 million deal worth up to $8 million. Mariota is expected to be the Eagles’ No. 2 QB this season.

Fantasy Impact:

Prior to the signing, the QB room was only Jalen Hurts and Ian Book, so this gives them a little more insurance if something were to happen to Hurts. Mariota can be considered a deep dynasty stash.
