The Jets are planning to release WR Denzel Mims if a trade partner can’t be found. Mims will have a chance for a fresh start soon.

Fantasy Impact:

An inevitable trade or release would likely lock Corey Davis on the roster though he had been involved in plenty of release/trade rumors earlier in the offseason. A former 2020 second-round pick, Mims has yet to hit 50 receptions or 700 receiving yards on his career.

Fantasy Impact:

We already knew Mac Jones was declared the starter, but Bigsby being out gives a boost to Etienne. That said, he's still a borderline RB2/3 in a bad offense, in a bad matchup.

LaPorta's mediocre sophomore season could have gotten a great boost here against a soft Jaguars defense, but no luck. Brock Wright is an interesting "close your eyes and click" option for very deep leagues.
