We have relieved offensive coordinator Ken Dorsey of his duties.
HC Sean McDermott said he was considering something "drastic" following his team's loss to the Broncos on Monday Night and here you have it. QB coach Joe Brady will be the offensive coordinator going forward. Brady joined the Bills after being fired by the Panthers when he was their OC last season. Despite the switch, don't expect a lot of changes at this point in the season for the Bills offense. The team is eighth in points scored per game at 26.2, seventh in passing yards per game at 253.6 and second in third down percentage at 49.2, so there is some hope for a turnaround despite the struggles most of this season.
