Texans Have Dropped 2 Straight
The Texans had a meltdown in primetime last week vs the Lions as they blew a 23-7 halftime lead in a 26-23 loss that ended with a game-winning Jake Bates field goal from 52 yards out. The Texans intercepted Jared Goff 5 times but still could not find a way to win. It was the second straight loss for Houston but the Texans are still on top of the AFC South with a 6-4 record.
CeeDee Lamb Questionable for Tonight
Star wide receiver CeeDee Lamb is working through a back injury and is questionable for tonight. Lamb is the Cowboys' leading wideout as he has caught 59 passes for 681 yards and 4 touchdowns on the year. It hasn't been as productive of a season as last year when Lamb snagged 135 passes for over 1,700 yards with 12 touchdowns. He has just one game of at least 100 yards receiving on the year.
Cowboys Without Prescott, Riding 4-Game Losing Streak
Dak Prescott (hamstring) is out for the year but the Cowboys were already spiraling before his injury. Dallas has now lost 4 straight games and it looks like the team's playoff hopes are out the window with matchups vs the Bengals, Commanders (twice), and Eagles still left on the schedule. Cooper Rush gets the start tonight as the Cowboys hope to find something positive in what looks to be a lost season.
