Lions QB Matthew Stafford (ankle) took limited practice reps Wednesday. Stafford did take a few snaps and throw the ball around, but Shaun Hill took the first-team reps. Still, it's a good sign that Stafford was out there at all.

This is definitely a situation to keep an eye on, as Johnson would have a huge workload if Swift were to miss Week 12. Homer has three rush attempts and zero targets on the year.
