Running back Ryan Torain’s playing time continues to fluctuate. After only three snaps last week, he started and had the Redskins’ first 11 carries against Miami. He rushed for 20 yards.
“I wanted to give Ryan a chance to see what he could do against a very good defensive team,” Shanahan said.
Fantasy Impact:
Roy Helu got more time in the passing attack but owners had high expectations coming into this week he'd be featured in the running game too. Going forward, it makes a lot more sense to own Helu than Torain. As the Skins continue to fall, the team SHOULD see what Helu is able to contribute.
