Frank Gore concussed vs. Seattle

San Francisco 49ers running back Frank Gore left Sunday's game against the Seattle Seahawks late in the second quarter with a concussion.

Fantasy Impact:

Gore never returned to the game and will now go through protocol. Carlos Hyde took over but was bent back awkwardly on a run and was seen limping on the sidelines. With tough games against San Diego and Arizona left on the schedule, a possible combo of Bruce Miller, Trey Millard and Alfonso Smith doesn't present an attractive fantasy option should Gore and Hyde not be able to play Week 16.

This is definitely a situation to keep an eye on, as Johnson would have a huge workload if Swift were to miss Week 12. Homer has three rush attempts and zero targets on the year.
