The Buffalo Bills placed wide receiver Percy Harvin on the season-ending injured reserve and activated cornerback Leodis McKelvin on Saturday.
Harvin missed the past two games and been bothered by nagging hip and knee injuries since training camp.
McKelvin was placed on the reserve/non-football-injury list in July with a broken right foot. He returned to practice Oct. 21.
The Bills (3-4) host the Miami Dolphins (3-4) on Sunday.
This is the latest setback in what has been an up-and-down career for Harvin, who was selected in the first round of the 2009 draft by Minnesota. The Bills were Harvin's third team in two seasons after he was traded last year by Seattle to the New York Jets.
