Chiefs RB Spencer Ware (rib, questionable) returned to take limited reps Friday after missing practice earlier in the week and is questionable for Week 15. Ware was “bruised, swollen and in pain” early in the week per Ian Rapoport. We don’t currently expect him to play, but with a return on Friday, his chances of playing are definitely better. Charcandrick West is a top 10 play if Ware sits, but is more of a RB2 if Ware is active. West averaged 25.0 touches for 137 total yards and 1.3 TD as the Chiefs’ clear RB1 from Week 7 to Week 10.

We don’t currently expect him to play, but that could change if he returns to practice. Charcandrick West is a top 10 play if Ware sits. Chiefs will 'probably' continue to use committee at running back

Andy Reid says the Chiefs will probably continue to rotate Charcandrick West and Spencer Ware at running back.

Fantasy Impact: 

West out-touched Ware 11 to 9, but Ware out-touched West in the red zone 3-to-1. The matchup against the Chargers is fantastic, so they are both worthy of consideration in Week 14. Just don't expect West to get the 20-plus touches he was seeing prior to his injury.

Chiefs RB Charcandrick West (hamstring, probable) took full practice reps all week and is probable for Week 13. West should return to lead back duties this week, though Spencer Ware (hamstring, probable) has played well enough to earn some touches going forward.
