GPP Stacks, Fades and Leverage Plays: Week 9
Covid cases are starting to spike and change the way we view the upcoming weekend of the NFL. The loss of Aaron Rodgers has significantly shifted the view of the Packers and Chiefs game, and for myself, that was already happening with the addition of Melvin Ingram. I anticipate Chris Jones getting put back to defensive tackle in a full-time role, that will fix a lot of issues the Chiefs have experienced defensively this season.
Last week in the Vikings' only game without Patrick Peterson, they gave up 170 yards, and a touchdown on 20+ yard throws from Cooper Rush. This week they are matched up against Lamar Jackson, who, on average, has attempted the second-most 20+ yard throws per game in the NFL.
The Jaguars haven't allowed a quarterback to throw three touchdowns, but have allowed the most 100 yard games to wide receivers this season. They take on Josh Allen who in each of the games he has thrown for 300 yards he has also thrown for three touchdowns this season.
For my GPP article this week, you have the player pools that I am using between each site and game stacks, mini stacks, and some one-offs. The player pool is designed to simplify lineup builds. I will mention Z-Score quite a bit and if you don't know what Z-Score is, check out the preseason article I wrote by clicking here.
The three tools I am using the most when considering building my lineups are the Cumulative Ownership Projections, DFS Correlation Tool, and the Stack Value Report at 4for4.
If you haven't checked out the DFS Playbook, please do so because it will guide you on how to approach each position, and you can align that with some of the plays you will read below.
