Vikings coach Brad Childress described himself as a "worry wart" this time of the year, so naturally he expressed concern that first-round draft pick Percy Harvin remained unsigned on the eve of today's first practice of training camp.
Speaking Thursday at his pre-camp news conference, Childress said he didn't expect the rookie wide receiver from Florida to arrive "at least right this second." Childress said negotiations between vice president of football operations Rob Brzezinski and Harvin's agent, Joel Segal, were ongoing.
