The Rams are waiving kicker Sam Ficken and signing Cairo Santos, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports. The job is temporary until Greg Zuerlein is ready to return, and the veteran kicker appears close to returning.

Those who drafted Moore have been disappointed the first two weeks as he saw only 17 snaps in each of the first two games. But this past week Moore had a 51-yard TD catch. He's worth stashing until we see the snaps increase a bit, which could be sooner than later.

The Eagles are preparing to be without WR Mike Wallace (ankle) for “a while,” sources tell me and Tom Pelissero.

It's another hit to the Eagles WRs who are also without Jeffery. Agholor looks like he'll remain the top target while most of the other targets will go to TEs and RBs.

There’s certainly reason to be concerned about Alshon Jeffery. He told Jen Vrentas of Sports Illustrated after the game Thursday night: “Some days I feel great, and some days ... a shoulder injury is pretty tough,” adding that he’s still a few weeks away from getting back on the field.

The Eagles know they need help at the position. They recently signed Miller to the practice squad but reports say he could get a shot sooner than later. Agholor is the team's top WR but only had a line of 8-33-0 as Nick Foles and the offense struggled in Week 1. Carter played 53 snaps but only caught one pass last week.
