Broncos RB Royce Freeman, TE Jeff Heuerman injured Week 8

There were all kinds of Broncos players grimacing as they put on their shirts and shoes Sunday. Royce Freeman (shoulder), Joe Flacco (neck), Jeff Heuerman (knee), Todd Davis (knee), Ja'Wuan James (knee).

Fantasy Impact:

Freeman's shoulder injury isn't supposed to be serious according to reports but with the struggles this season there is no reason to rush him back.

Heuerman is dealing with a knee injury which could open the door for Fant. As TE is always a position that's a struggle at some point during the fantasy season, this is certainly news to pay attention to.

Bears RB D'Andre Swift misses Wednesday practice

Per Bears head coach Matt Eberflus: Ryan Bates remains in the concussion protocol. Elijah Hicks (ankle) and D'Andre Swift (groin) won't practice.

Teven Jenkins will be limited.

This is definitely a situation to keep an eye on, as Johnson would have a huge workload if Swift were to miss Week 12. Homer has three rush attempts and zero targets on the year.
