19 Fantasy Football IDP Risers And Fallers Heading Into The 2022 Season
With one fewer preseason game, that means one less game to glean any type of information from defenses and how they plan on deploying their packages. Within these first two games, we can make a few assumptions about a few defenders and who's IDP value could be on the rise and decline in 2022.

Here's a look at who's stock is rising and falling based on my observations after two preseason games.
IDP Risers
George Karlaftis, DE, Kansas City Chiefs
George Karlaftis has left quite the impression in his rookie preseason. He’s recorded a sack in each game, but more importantly, his pass rush metrics and tape seem to have translated from Purdue. He’s generating a 14.7% pressure rate and 28% pass rush win rate.
#FFIDP Solid play by George Karlaftis...quick off the snap...blocked by TE and picked up by RT...spins out of a hold and gets to the QB... pic.twitter.com/cPdRPLXIpY

While I think he’ll still be in a rotation with Frank Clark and Mike Danna to start the season, Karlaftis will be on the favorable side of the rotation sooner than later.
Dayo Odeyingbo, DE, Indianapolis Colts
Dayo Odeyingbo has been a bit of a revelation this preseason. He’s heading into his second season and trying to break his way into the rotation alongside Kwity Paye and Yannick Ngakoue. Dayo has seen significant snaps and has recorded a 20.4% pressure rate - resulting in two sacks (both against Detroit).
#FFIDP I hope Dayo Odeyingbo factors into the pass rush rotation for Indy with Paye and Ngakoue... pic.twitter.com/GojoWdsoxU
