Week 12 Trade Value Chart, Targets, and ROS Rankings (Fantasy Football 2024)
The values and rankings below assume half-PPR or PPR scoring. Any players that do not appear in these rankings carry a value of 1 in trades. Below, you’ll find fantasy football trade values by position after Week 11 of the 2024 NFL Season. Player write-ups after each set of positional trade values provide context on who to buy or sell, and there’s a full cross-position trade chart with 186 players at the bottom of this article (trade values can also be used as rest-of-season rankings).
Simply add up the player values on each side of a trade to evaluate how fair it is. Using this week’s player values, George Pickens (45) and Ladd McConkey (45) for De'Von Achane (90) would be a relatively fair trade.
Fantasy championships are most often won by two or three-star players vastly exceeding expectations. While many trade charts let you concoct silly 3:1 deals to get Ja'Marr Chase, we’re confident you won’t be accidentally shipping off your best fantasy assets when using this one.
You'll also find my expected fantasy points tables for each position at the end of this article. Think of expected fantasy points as usage-based metrics, rather than results-based. If a player fails to score on a goal line carry, it's worth noting they received that carry in the first place. The predictive model behind it all is proprietary, but you can view its outputs for every fantasy-relevant player.

Anthony Richardson: He’s the ultimate upside/stomach test. How much upside can you stomach, knowing the floor is another benching? After a 27 fantasy point outing in Week 1, Richardson never reached 13 fantasy points in another game until his 28 points in Week 11. The most encouraging part of last week’s performance was the completion rate. After failing to top 50% in any game in 2024, Richardson completed 20 of 30 (67%) passes against the Jets, while also rushing 10 times for 32 yards and two touchdowns.
On paper, he should score fantasy points similarly to Jayden Daniels. It’s risky of course, but any fantasy manager lacking a top-5 option at the position should be targeting Richardson.
Bo Nix: He’s averaging 21.6 fantasy points per game over his past five games, and his fantasy playoff schedule contains two top-10 opponents (Colts and Bengals). He has another smash spot against the Raiders and carries extra value this week with six teams on bye.
Sam Darnold: He plays the Bears twice in the next four games, so while he’s still scoring fantasy points, Darnold managers should look elsewhere both times. If you plan on starting Darnold against the Bears both times, bump him into the 20-value tier.
Justin Herbert: I’ve been lower on him than many other analysts the past few weeks since he wasn’t passing at high volume or running all that much. I’m eating those words after Herbert sliced and diced the Bengals for 297 yards and two touchdowns (36 attempts), while also contributing five carries for 65 yards on the ground. Looking ahead, Herbert has above-average matchups against the Ravens and Falcons over the next two weeks. Weeks 16 and 17 against the Broncos and Patriots are bad matchups, but managers starting Herbert right now probably have another option to roll out those weeks.
Breece Hall: The Jets are a complete mess, falling to 3-8 on the season. However, after the Week 12 bye, the schedule becomes very favorable for RBs. Weeks 14, 15, and 17, Hall has top-10 matchups for the position. He’s the one Jets player I would try my hardest to hold onto through their Week 12 bye unless it’s truly a must-win week to keep your playoff hopes alive.
Chase Brown: He’s averaged 27 touches per game over the past three weeks, with no other Bengals runner getting a single touch over this span.
James Cook: He played a season-low 37% of the snaps in Week 11 against the Chiefs, but his 9-20-2 rushing stat line kept his fantasy scoring afloat. Ty Johnson played 45% of the snaps, while rookie Ray Davis was in for 21%. It’s unclear exactly what happened, but we could see more of the rookie Davis after the Bills’ Week 12 bye.
Broncos backfield: After rookie Audric Estime took over the touches in Week 10, the team decided to go back to veteran Javonte Williams in Week 11. It’s tough to trust the rookie, while Williams’ surprising Week 10 usage now appears to be more of a bump in the road for him.
Chiefs backfield: Isiah Pacheco has a chance to return as early as Week 12, and by the fantasy playoffs, he probably has a bell cow role in this Chiefs offense. Kareem Hunt is close to being nothing more than a handcuff in fantasy football. Hunt’s still ranked above the other direct handcuffs in case the Chiefs slow-play Pacheco’s return from a broken leg.
J.K. Dobbins: The good? Dobbins scored two touchdowns in a prime-time game against the Bengals, including the game-winner. The bad? He only out-carried Gus Edwards 11-6, and Hassan Haskins actually handled two of the three goal-to-go carries in Week 11. Dobbins has a brutal Week 12 matchup against Baltimore upcoming, and overall, four of his final six games are against tough run defenses.
Nick Chubb: The hope was Chubb would increase his role post-Week 10 bye. Game script was certainly not in his favor in Week 11’s 35-14 loss to the Saints. He totaled just 50 yards on 11 carries. The real kicker was his lack of pass-game usage. Jerome Ford ran 25 routes to Chubb’s seven, and Ford had four catches for 29 yards, while Chubb was held without a target. An early down back on a bottom-five team is a tough spot for fantasy, and the Browns have a slew of tough matchups upcoming (Steelers, Broncos, Steelers, and Chiefs over their next four).
D'Andre Swift: The big-play back totaled 84 yards and a touchdown in Week 11, but he only out-touched Roschon Johnson 16-11 in the Bears’ first game with a new coaching staff. The upcoming schedule is four bottom-five matchups (Vikings and Lions, twice each), an average matchup against Seattle, and then a 49ers matchup where game script could be an issue. His value almost certainly falls over the next few weeks.
Buccaneers backfield: Tampa Bay faces the Giants, Panthers, Raiders, Chargers, Cowboys, and Panthers (again) to close out the season. Irving has been the team’s preferred early down back, and outside of the Chargers game, the Buccaneers will likely be favored to win their other remaining games. White’s the more trusted pass-catcher, but his skill set is probably less needed for this team down the stretch as they fight for a playoff spot.
Handcuff running backs: You’ll notice more backups in the 10 value tier, now that the fantasy playoffs are just three games away. The players listed in this tier would all be on the fantasy RB1 radar if the starter ahead of them were to go down with an injury. Teams poised for a playoff run should have at least three backup running backs on their fantasy bench now.
Jayden Reed: He ran the fifth-most routes on the Packers in Week 11, and he’s now averaged just 4.2 targets, 3.4 receptions, and 46 yards per game over his past five outings. The schedule is strong rest of the season, but his floor is quite low for someone with his current value.
Mike Evans: He’s currently the WR24 in fantasy points per game, despite barely playing in Weeks 6 and 7 (hamstring). We have yet to see him without Chris Godwin this year, but it’s safe to assume his targets will increase. He has true fantasy WR1 potential rest of the season, and he is expected to play in Week 12 coming off his bye.
Tee Higgins: He’s quietly averaging more fantasy points per game (18.6) than Justin Jefferson (18.1). Higgins’ health is often a concern, but this Bengals offense has benefitted from their bottom-three defense.
Nico Collins: He only caught four targets for 54 yards, but his seven targets tied for the team lead. He had a long touchdown called back early in the game and only played 47% of the offensive snaps. Don’t panic at all on Collins.
Calvin Ridley: A buy last week, Ridley only caught four of six targets for 58 yards in Week 11. However, he had a 51-yard touchdown called back due to an illegal formation penalty. Ridley has matchups against the Jaguars, Bengals, Colts, and Jaguars (again) in Weeks 14-17, so the buy tag remains.
Ladd McConkey: The second-round rookie continues to improve, and he’s averaged 88 yards per game over the past four. There is minimal competition for targets in Los Angeles, and he’s attached to one of the NFL’s best quarterbacks.
Browns receivers: Jameis Winston has dropped back more than 40 times in all three of his starts. Jerry Jeudy is averaging 10 targets, six receptions, 98 yards, and 18 fantasy points per game. Cedric Tillman is averaging nine targets, five receptions, 74 yards, and almost 19 fantasy points per game. Even Elijah Moore is chipping in 10 targets, six receptions, 60 yards, and 14 fantasy points per game. The Browns have three startable receiving options right now, so long as Winston continues dealing. The upcoming schedule is tough, but in PPR leagues especially, the volume can be trusted.
Jauan Jennings: He caught 10 of his team-high 11 targets for 91 yards and a score in Week 11. The week prior, Jennings led the team with 11 targets, catching seven for 93 yards. He has simply been outplaying Deebo Samuel.

Brock Bowers: With 13 receptions (16 targets), 126 yards, and a touchdown in Week 11, Bowers moves into a tier of his own in the fantasy tight end landscape. The rookie is on a historic 119-reception 1200-yard pace, and he has several very favorable matchups rest of the season.
Jonnu Smith: After catching six passes for 101 yards and two scores, Smith is now averaging more receptions, yards, and touchdowns than Jaylen Waddle. While I would expect Waddle to course-correct and out-produce Smith in the final six weeks, fantasy managers can view Smith as a top-10 option rest of the season.
Cade Otton: Coming out of the bye, Otton’s volume most likely takes a hit. The team’s schedule gets considerably easier, so pass volume should drop. Additionally, with Mike Evans returning, Otton will no longer be the team’s only reliable pass-catcher.
Taysom Hill: He’s arguably the toughest player in all of fantasy to figure out. In Week 10, with Chris Olave out of the lineup, he totaled four carries, two targets, 50 yards, and seven fantasy points. In Week 11, he had an insane 7-138-3 rushing stat line, caught eight of 10 targets for 50 yards, completed an 18-yard pass, and finished with more than 42 fantasy points. There’s always a chance for a floor game, but this Saints team is absolutely starved for playmakers, with Olave potentially done for the rest of the year (concussion, IR).
