Sam Howell—aka Rich Trubisky—projects as 4for4’s top quarterback value on DraftKings and is the signal-caller in The Solver optimal lineup on DK. While Howell is cash-viable on both sites, his QB23 salary on DK is minuscule compared to his QB12 tag on FanDuel. Howell’s floor comes from his rushing ability—he is one of five quarterbacks on the main slate projected for at least 30 rushing yards—and his ceiling can be reached against an Arizona team that might be the worst in the league this year.
