We'll likely know more later today, but Garoppolo wasn't available after the game for any comment. If Garoppolo is unable to play in Week 4, Hoyer would likely step in. But the Raiders also have an impressive rookie in O'Connell who looked good this past summer and is popular in the dynasty community.
