Steelers coach Mike Tomlin confirmed after the game that C Maurkice Pouncey will undergo surgery after injuring his ACL and MCL. The Steelers also lost inside linebacker Larry Foote to a ruptured biceps.

Tomlin is operating under the assumption that both players will be lost for the season.

Fantasy Impact:

Pouncey's absence is a severe blow to the Steelers' run blocking and pass protection. QB Ben Roethlisberger was sacked five times Sunday against the Titans.

Separate reports called Swift "very likely" to play, but this is seemingly a new issue for Allen.

If Keenan were to miss Week 12, it would boost the floor of all pass-catchers, namely Moore, Oduzne, and Cole Kmet. Moore + Odunze would sneak closer to WR2 territory than their low-end WR3 designations they have with a healthy Allen.
