Fantasy Impact:

In a barren tight end landscape, it's been nice to see Everett accrue 16 targets over the last two weeks, and he is ranked as a TE1 with Allen missing another game. Mike Williams is a high-upside WR2 for Week 4, with Josh Palmer becoming a desperation Flex play.

Some good injury news for the Chargers: WR Keenan Allen is expected to return to practice this week.

Fantasy Impact:

Allen got some limited practices in last week with the hope of playing in Week 3. But with the game on a short week, Allen just ran out of time. The outlook for Week 4 seems to be better so keep an eye on his practice activity leading up to Week 4's game, which is an early game at Houston.

Justin Herbert is active against Jaguars, but so are two other quarterbacks

Chargers QB Justin Herbert (ribs) is active against the Jaguars, but so too are backups Chase Daniel and Easton Stick. This will truly come down to the wire for Herbert. While Herbert is active, WR Keenan Allen will not play against the Chargers, so get him out of your lineups. The rest of the Chargers inactives.

Staley said WR Keenan Allen (hamstring) and TE Donald Parham Jr. (hamstring) will also do some individual work.

Fantasy Impact:

The hope is Allen can go for Week 3 but that remains to be seen. Williams did step up with a nice fantasy game in Week 2 against the Chiefs and would be a solid play again if Allen is out. The Chargers play a late afternoon home game against the Jags so owners probably want to have a plan in place in case he can't go in Week 3.
