Bears RB David Montgomery is still considered day-to-day per head coach Matt Eberflus.

Fantasy Impact:

Herbert went off in Week 3 after Montgomery left the game early against the Texans. Herbert would be a must-start and possible RB1 against the Giants if Monty has to sit out Week 4. We just reported today Herbert should get a consistent workload even when Monty is active and would at least be a flex play. But this is a situation to monitor for owners of both players.

Per Bears head coach Matt Eberflus: Ryan Bates remains in the concussion protocol. Elijah Hicks (ankle) and D'Andre Swift (groin) won't practice.

Teven Jenkins will be limited.

This is definitely a situation to keep an eye on, as Johnson would have a huge workload if Swift were to miss Week 12. Homer has three rush attempts and zero targets on the year.
