There will be no action taken by the league on WR Tyreek Hill for his off-field issues this offseason, NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport reports, per a source. Hill was investigated by police after a dispute with a South Florida marine worker who accused him of assault. The issue had since been resolved.

The issue had become more or less a non-factor for drafters, as Hill often climbs into the middle of the first round. With no suspension being handed down, he can safely be considered a top-five fantasy wide receiver.

The former "Robbie" Anderson will be another deep option to torture the back-ends of defenses in Miami. After he re-emerged with a huge 95-1,096-3 year in 2020, he has begun a late-career decline that culminated in a 17-target showing with the Cardinals through ten games last season. This is as good of a landing spot as we could ask for, for the 30-year-old WR.

Jets head coach Robert Saleh told reporters that WR Corey Davis (MCL) is out this week but will be back after the bye.

Davis has spent most of his time lined up wide, which has cleared the way for former second-round pick Denzel Mims to see the field for the first time this season. It doesn't warrant fantasy consideration in redraft leagues, but maybe stash Mims in deep dynasty leagues if he's found his way into the free-agent pool. Garrett Wilson is the only player we want to start out of this group in Week 9 against a tough Buffalo matchup.

WR Elijah Moore returned to the Jets team facility on Monday, and coach Robert Saleh expects him to be active for Sunday's game against the Patriots. Moore was excused from the team last week following his trade request.

You can follow whichever narrative you'd like; either the team attempts to placate Moore by involving him more in the offense, or they could simply keep him on the bench and incorporate other receivers in their fledgling passing offense. However you see the situation playing out, he's best kept on fantasy benches in Week 8, at the least.

Jets WR Elijah Moore, frustrated with his role and usage, has asked for a trade. The team has no plans at all to trade him.

The news comes as a shock until you look at Moore's usage since the return of Zach Wilson, including back-to-back season-lows in routes run and six combined targets in three games. Moore was almost fantasy relevant through three weeks, coming in as the overall WR64 before Wilson's return. Since then, he has scored 8.6 half-PPR points, clocking in as the WR86.

Denzel Mims has requested a trade from the Jets, per his agent.

We have Mims buried on the depth chart behind Moore, Wilson, Davis and Berrios. Mims has likely just fallen out of favor with a coaching staff that didn't draft him and his ceiling with the Jets seems to be a WR3 if he can pass Davis and Berrios. He'll likely have some interested teams but his landing spot will go a long way in determining his new fantasy value.

The New York Jets are re-signing WR Braxton Berrios.

Berrios has been a very good player on a very bad team for a year-plus and stays where he has been successful.

Berrios has been a PPR end-of-season darling and not having him this week is another reason why you do not play 18 weeks of season-long fantasy football.
