It's probably still best to start other options over Kincaid, if he plays, as the team takes on a Lions defense that ranks 4th in TE aFPA, but there could be a ton of points here, so if you're in a bind he makes sense as a top-15ish option.

WR Keon Coleman is good to go for Sunday and return to the lineup.

49ers QB Brock Purdy is active, Bills WR Keon Coleman is inactive for Sunday Night Football.

Purdy was questionable but trended towards playing with a shoulder injury that caused him to miss last week. It will be interesting to see how the 49ers handle him, given the injury and the weather conditions.

Coleman was limited in practice all week with a wrist injury, so it seems the Bills are being cautious with their rookie.

Bills coach Sean McDermott rules out TE Dalton Kincaid (knee) for Sunday night's game vs. the 49ers, while LB Matt Milano (biceps) is questionable. If he's going to play, he'd have to be activated.

This puts Knox back in the TE streaming streets after he has handled exactly 40 yards in back-to-back games. Consider him around TE15 territory for Week 13.

Spencer Brown (ankle) and Amari Cooper (wrist) are both questionable.

Knox gets boosted up into tight end streamer territory, in a good matchup against the Chiefs, who have been susceptible to the position.

Shakir should be considered an interesting WR3 regardless, but gets a boost to his projections should Cooper miss another week.

It was possible that Coleman was going to miss multiple weeks of action with the wrist injury and that's now already confirmed. It's the second-straight week Coleman will be out. The Bills are hoping to get back Cooper this week, but if they don't Shakir and Hollins will be the top WRs with Samuel likely also involved. Hollins had a 4-86-0 line with Shakir collecting a 6-58-0 line in Week 10 against the Colts.

Sean McDermott said that WR Amari Cooper (wrist) and FB Reggie Gilliam (hip) will be questionable vs. the Colts.

Keon Coleman has already been declared Out (and will "probably" miss multiple weeks), so it would be quite the blow to the passing offense if Cooper misses as well. Shakir should be locked into WR2 slots in fantasy.

Still no word on whether Amari Cooper will be playing, but we should see Shakir continue in his role that has seen him hit 7+ targets in three straight games. He's a WR2 in Week 10.

Second straight day with no practice for Keon Coleman.

Amari Cooper continues to be limited. Christian Benford fully participating is a good sign.

It seems as though Cooper is still dealing with his wrist issue as well, so the Bills might be right back to having an extremely thin WR room once again for Week 10. Consider Shakir a high-floor WR2 if either or both of his teammates miss.
