Of course, outside of Terry McLaurin the WFT is hurting at the WR position. Samuel can't get on the field because of a hamstring issue, leaving Humphries as the team's WR2. Sims has been struggling with a groin injury.

Samuel missed just about all of the camp and preseason with the groin injury, but was finally able to return in Week 4 with the hope of continuing to trend up in Week 5. Instead, he didn't make it through the team's loss to the Saints. Samuel seems poised to miss Week 6 with the week to week tag, and perhaps even longer.

If Gibson would to miss the game, Jaret Patterson would see a boost and J.D. McKissic would carry the ball more than normal.

For the first time this season, WFT will have their starting receivers active. Their matchup against Atlanta is not ideal with Taylor Heinicke under center but having multiple field-stretchers adds another level to a stagnant offense.

WFT has been struggling with big plays, something Samuel is known for. His return cannot come soon enough for a team reeling on both sides of the ball.
