Browns RB Nick Chubb is expected to make his season debut in Week 7 against the Bengals

Chubb returned to practice this week, over a year since tearing multiple ligaments in Week 2 of last season. Jerome Ford has held down the fort pretty well so far, averaging 5.2 yards per carry on 48 attempts. But if healthy, Chubb is one of the best backs in the league. The 1-4 Browns will try to right the ship against the Eagles before getting their star rusher back.

The Lions and running back David Montgomery agreed to a contract extension that will keep the pair together through 2027.

Montgomery and Jahmyr Gibbs have formed one of the best running back duos in the league and this will keep that intact for a few more years. Monty is now tied to Detroit for at least three more seasons after this one. Monty has 271 yards on 63 carries with four touchdowns. He's been a key piece of the Lions offense since joining as a free agent before the 2023 season.

Matt LaFleur on Tucker Kraft, who was added to the injury report yesterday with a groin issue:

“He should be good to go.”

Kraft should be considered a locked-in TE1 this week, with upside for an overall No. 1 finish at the position.

Bucs HC Todd Bowles says Jalen McMillan will be playing on Sunday, Rachaad White is a game time decision.

White may have already lost the RB1 role to Irving, so if he misses, it will be wheels-up for the rookie. Otherwise, consider them both borderline RB2 plays in fantasy, with a slight edge to Irving.

Titans QB Will Levis will start on Sunday vs. the Colts, per Brian Callahan.

Levis has a good matchup against the Colts defense, but it doesn't seem likely that he will take advantage of it. He has four touchdowns and six interceptions on the year and has done so with 6.2 yards per attempt. He should only be targeted as a back-end QB2 in Superflex leagues.

Browns rule out Grant Delpit, Ethan Pocic, Nick Chubb, Ronnie Hickman, Nyheim Hines, James Hudson III.

Denzel Ward, Maurice Hurst II, Jordan Hicks, Mohamoud Diabate listed as questionable.

David Njoku will play Sunday vs. Eagles.

Related Players: Jordan Akins, Jerome Ford, D'Onta Foreman, Pierre Strong Jr.

Hopefully Njoku can add a little boost to this floundering offense, and should slide right back into low-end TE1 range for fantasy.

As for the running back room, Ford likely holds onto the RB1 role for one more week, but the team has made it clear that they'd like to rotate him. This makes him a questionable call as your team's RB2, but at the very least, he provides a floor.

Shane Steichen ruling just one #Colts player OUT for Sunday:

-Jonathan Taylor (ankle)

Michael Pittman Jr. (back) is feeling really good, per Steichen.

Anthony Richardson will be a game-time decision.

It hadn't been looking good for Taylor throughout the week, so maybe the bigger news is that we don't have any confirmation about Richardson's status, which has a huge impact on lineup decisions.

There are a lot of moving parts here, but we're assuming Pittman won't play and that Richardson *will*, which gives a slight boost to Josh Downs and Alec Pierce, who should be considered WR3s with upside for more.

Mike Tomlin said that Jaylen Warren was a full participant today and is “on the upswing.”

The coach feels “optimistic about his inclusion” and will list the RB as questionable.

If Warren is available, it will come at a massive detriment to Harris' fantasy outlook, as the latter as looked like his typical, inefficient self. Warren could be a tough click in his first week back, but he also lowers Harris to an RB3 if they both play.

Mike Tomlin says that Russell Wilson will be active on Sunday as the backup.

Justin Fields will start.

Maybe not the best outcome for Steelers pass-catchers, but another Fields start means he is streamable again for managers in need. Consider him a low-end QB1 against the Raiders due to his rushing ability.

AJ Brown, Lane Johnson and DeVonta Smith are all practicing for the third straight day. All the other players on the injury report are out here too.

Looks like all systems go for the Eagles in Week 6.

Outside of Brown (WR1) and Smith (WR2) jumping headfirst into our fantasy lineups, this is also an obvious boost to Jalen Hurts, who has averaged only 13.6 fantasy points over their last two games. Lock Hurts into a potential top-3 finish in Week 6.
