While Eric Gray was technically the first running back to touch the ball last week, he would fumble the ball on the 1-yard line later in the same drive and spend the rest of the game firmly in the doghouse. Tracy took his opportunity and ran for 129 yards, so you have to figure he'll get the chance to repeat his performance if Singletary is out. The Bengals defense has been flat all year, so Tracy profiles as an RB2 with upside for more.

RB Joe Mixon is practicing for the second consecutive day. Another positive step in the right direction for Sunday.

Mixon was on a tear before an ankle injury sidelined him in Week 2, and should he return fully healthy this week, it's hard to keep him out of RB1 territory. The rest of the backfield would turn into huge desperation plays in deep leagues.

A bit of a surprise, as Moss' ankle injury looked pretty nasty. From a fantasy perspective, it would have been nice to have just one of them on the field in Week 6, but no matter, they are both absolutely in play as RB2s in a Bengals offense that has looked almost unstoppable.

No sight of Jonathan Taylor to start Colts practice.

Unless he comes out late, that’s a second straight missed week of practices for him.

What seemed to be a minor injury now looks like it will keep Taylor out for a second straight week. While Sermon easily held the RB1 role last week, he wasn't terribly impactful on the ground, doing most of his work as a receiver out of the backfield. He had his own injury scare earlier in the week, but looks good to go for Week 6. Consider him a fringe RB2/3 with Anthony Richardson (presumably) back at the helm.

No sign of RB Rhamondre Stevenson (foot) at the media-access portion of practice for the third straight day.

If Stevenson misses Week 6 (which seems likely), Gibson jumps up into a very interesting role, possibly as a consistent check-down option in Drake Maye's first start. It won't feel great, but he can be considered a borderline RB2 in that scenario.

The NFL’s leading rusher, 49ers RB Jordan Mason, is believed to have suffered a sprained AC joint during Thursday night’s win at Seattle that is not considered serious, but he will undergo further testing today, per sources.

This doesn't give us a good lean on how much time he could miss (if any), but there's a good chance Guerendo gets a shot at leading the rushing attack after he put the game away with a 70+ yard run. We'll keep an eye on the situation, but hopefully, Mason isn't forced to miss too much time.

Malik Nabers is out Sunday, per Daboll.

Stinks to see the rookie miss more time, but he should be on track to continue his impressive showing(s) in Week 7. In the meantime, both Robinson and Slayton should be in fantasy consideration without many other options to catch the ball in New York.

Seems like the limited practice yesterday wasn't an indication of Brown's availability for Week 6. Zack Moss is still undecided though, which makes each of their projections difficult to assume quite yet. We'll keep an eye on the situation, but if Moss is out, Brown makes for a slam-dunk play this weekend.

From "Good Morning Football" Rapoport reports, indications are that Austin Ekeler is going to play on Sunday after logging a full practice on Thursday, while Brian Robinson has not practiced yet and looks to be a game-time call, as he was in Week 5.

Robinson casually had two touchdowns last week, but that would be hard to bank on again, considering they came on seven rush attempts (18 yards). If Robinson is out, or even limited, Ekeler is in a fantastic spot in what could end up being a massive shootout.

Colts QB Anthony Richardson (oblique) was a full participant in today’s practice and is on track to return to the lineup on Sunday at Tennessee.

The boost we saw to all of the receivers due to the pass-happy offense under Flacco is slightly downgraded now that Richardson is back, though Michael Pittman Jr. is out for the short-term, so maybe Alec Pierce, Josh Downs, and Adonai Mitchell see a boost anyways. Richardson has a less-than-ideal matchup this week, so it may be best to give him a week, depending on your other options.
