Jaguars K Josh Lambo (right hip) returned to take full practice reps Friday after missing practice Thursday. It looks like Lambo is good to go to kick against the Jets.

Jaguars TE Austin Seferian-Jenkins (core muscle) took full practice reps on Friday after being limited earlier in the week. ASJ is good to go to face his old team.

Ravens TE Hayden Hurst (foot, questionable) took limited practice reps all week and is questionable for Week 4. Hurst is working his way back from injury. If he plays this week, he’ll probably be limited.

Patriots TE Jacob Hollister (chest, questionable) took limited practice reps all week and is questionable for Week 4.

Chiefs TE Demetrius Harris (shoulder) took full practice reps again Friday.

Patriots TE Rob Gronkowski (ankle, questionable) took limited practice reps all week and is questionable for Week 4. Gronk should be fine to play this week, but keep an eye out for more news this weekend. Thankfully, the Patriots play early on Sunday.

Cardinals TE Jermaine Gresham (achilles) took full practice reps on Friday after being limited earlier in the week.

Packers TE Jimmy Graham (knee) took limited practice reps again Friday. Graham was removed from the injury report so he’s good to go.

Giants TE Evan Engram (knee, out) missed practice all week and is out for Week 4. Engram is expected to miss 2-4 weeks with an MCL sprain. Rhett Ellison will absorb most of his snaps and is a decent desperation option at the position. Sterling Shepard is probably the biggest beneficiary.

Bengals TE Tyler Eifert (back) took full practice reps all week. Eifert’s role in the offense seems to be increasing. He posted 6-74 on eight targets in Week 3 and has a good matchup with a banged up Falcons defense.

Colts TE Jack Doyle (hip, out) missed practice all week and is out for Week 4. Eric Ebron (shoulder, knee) took full practice reps again Friday. Don’t hesitate to dial up Ebron (vs. HOU) again. He didn’t do much last week (5-33) but he played 88% of the snaps and saw 11 targets.

Browns TE Seth DeValve (hamstring, questionable) took limited practice reps all week and is questionable for Week 4.

Dolphins TE A.J. Derby (foot, out) missed practice all week and is out for Week 4.

Bills TE Jason Croom (knee, questionable) took limited practice reps again Friday and is questionable for Week 4.

Bills TE Charles Clay (shoulder, hip, questionable) returned to take limited reps Friday after missing practice Thursday and is questionable for Week 4.

Broncos TE Jake Butt (knee) missed practice Friday after taking limited reps Thursday. He tore his ACL and is out for the year. Jeff Heuerman likely sees the most snaps at tight end going forward.

Cowboys WR Terrance Williams (not injury related) missed practice Friday.

Cardinals WR Chad Williams (illness) took full practice reps again Friday.

Lions WR Golden Tate (hip, questionable) was limited Friday after taking full reps earlier in the week and is questionable for Week 4. Tate’s addition is a bit worrisome but we are still expecting him to play against the Cowboys. Detroit plays early on Sunday.

Steelers WR JuJu Smith-Schuster (abdomen) took full practice reps on Friday after being limited earlier in the week. Smith-Schuster is good to go. He has three straight games with at least 116 yards receiving.

Jets WR Terrelle Pryor (ankle, groin) took full practice reps on Friday after being limited earlier in the week.

Jets WR Charone Peake (hamstring, out) missed practice all week and is out for Week 4.

Dolphins WR DeVante Parker (quadricep, questionable) was limited Friday after taking full reps earlier in the week and is questionable for Week 4. Parker should be able to play through the quad injury, but this looks like a late-week downgrade. He played 75% of the snaps in Week 3 and saw three targets. He’s a deep sleeper if he plays against the Patriots. The Dolphins may have to throw more this week.

Bears WR Anthony Miller (shoulder, out) missed practice all week and is out for Week 4.

Saints WR Cameron Meredith (knee) took full practice reps again Friday. Meredith caught a touchdown on one target against the Falcons, but played 43% of the snaps, which was the third-most among the New Orleans receivers after Michael Thomas and Ted Ginn.

Titans WR Rishard Matthews (not injury related) was removed from the injury report Friday. Matthews left the team, which should open up snaps and targets for Taywan Taylor, whose role has been growing in recent weeks.

Eagles WR Jordan Matthews (hamstring) took full practice reps on Friday after being limited earlier in the week.

Giants WR Cody Latimer (knee, out) missed practice all week and is out for Week 4.

Browns WR Jarvis Landry (knee) took full practice reps all week. Landry should continue to play through the knee injury. He has a great matchup with Oakland slot corner Leon Hall.

Falcons WR Julio Jones (calf) took full practice reps on Friday after being limited earlier in the week. Jones posted 5-96 on six targets playing through the calf injury in Week 3.

Eagles WR Alshon Jeffery (shoulder, questionable) missed practice again Friday and is questionable for Week 4. Jeffery’s shoulder seems ready but he missed a couple of days of practice with an illness. We’d like to see a game of full usage before recommending him as a fantasy start. The Eagles play early on Sunday.

Texans WR DeAndre Hopkins (thumb, ankle, hamstring, questionable) took limited practice reps all week and is questionable for Week 4.

Bengals WR A.J. Green (pelvis) took full practice reps again Friday. Green is good to go to face a decimated Falcons defense.

Patriots WR Josh Gordon (hamstring, questionable) took limited practice reps all week and is questionable for Week 4. Gordon should be able to make his New England debut but his snaps will likely be limited as he continues to learn the offense.

49ers WR Marquise Goodwin (quadricep) took full practice reps again Friday. Goodwin will play this week. He was targeted on 13.4% of C.J. Beathard’s pass attempts and accounted for 22.9% of his passing yardage in six games last season.

Saints WR Ted Ginn (knee) took full practice reps again Friday. Ginn should be able to continue to play through the knee injury.

Texans WR Will Fuller (hamstring) took limited practice reps all week. Fuller was removed from the injury report while his teammate DeAndre Hopkins is listed as questionable so he seems to be the healthier of the two right now. He has been on fire in his games with Deshaun Watson under center.

Cardinals WR Larry Fitzgerald (hamstring, questionable) took limited practice reps again Friday and is questionable for Week 4. Fitzgerald should play through the injury but the Cardinals play late, so owners need to be on their toes on Sunday morning.

Jets WR Quincy Enunwa (back) took full practice reps all week. Enunwa should be fine to play through the back injury.

Texans WR Keke Coutee (hamstring) took limited practice reps all week.

Giants WR Stacy Coley (hamstring, questionable) took limited practice reps again Friday and is questionable for Week 4.

Packers WR Randall Cobb (hamstring, questionable) missed practice Friday after taking limited reps Thursday and is questionable for Week 4. This was a midweek downgrade, so it’s worrisome. If he’s out, Geronimo Allison and Marquez Valdes-Scantling would likely pick up the slack. Allison would likely kick to the slot where he’d have a nice matchup with Taron Johnson.

Texans WR Sammie Coates (hamstring) took limited practice reps all week.

Ravens WR John Brown (not injury related) took full practice reps again Friday. He has at least 86 yards and/or a touchdown in three straight games and is averaging 7.7 targets per contest.

Chargers WR Travis Benjamin (foot, questionable) took limited practice reps all week and is questionable for Week 4.

Cowboys WR Cole Beasley (ankle, questionable) took limited practice reps all week and is questionable for Week 4.

Seahawks WR Doug Baldwin (knee, questionable) took full practice reps on Friday after being limited earlier in the week and is questionable for Week 4. Baldwin is questionable but Pete Carroll indicated that he’s expected to play. If he’s able to play, consider him a fantasy WR2.

Jets WR Robby Anderson (nose) took full practice reps all week. Anderson should be fine to play through the nose injury, but his role in the offense is the biggest concern. We need to see more targets headed his way before we can recommend putting him back in the starting lineup.

Dolphins WR Danny Amendola (not injury related) took full practice reps again Friday.

Chargers WR Keenan Allen (knee, tooth, questionable) returned to take limited reps Friday after missing practice earlier in the week and is questionable for Week 4. Hopefully we get more information regarding Allen’s status because the Chargers play last on Sunday. If he has to sit, look for Mike Williams and Tyrell Williams to pick up the slack.

Jaguars RB T.J. Yeldon (ankle) took full practice reps on Friday after being limited earlier in the week.

Chargers RB Derek Watt (thumb) took full practice reps all week.

Chiefs RB Spencer Ware (knee) took full practice reps again Friday.

Giants RB Jonathan Stewart (foot, out) missed practice all week and is out for Week 4. He was placed on IR so Wayne Gallman will back up Saquon Barkley.

Eagles RB Darren Sproles (hamstring, out) missed practice all week and is out for Week 4.

Falcons RB Ito Smith (ribs) took limited practice reps all week.

Seahawks RB C.J. Prosise (abdomen, doubtful) missed practice all week and is doubtful for Week 4.

Bills RB Marcus Murphy (rib, questionable) took limited practice reps all week and is questionable for Week 4.

49ers RB Alfred Morris (knee, questionable) took limited practice reps again Friday and is questionable for Week 4. He could see a big workload if he’s active and Matt Breida is out.

Bengals RB Joe Mixon (knee, out) missed practice all week and is out for Week 4. Gio Bernard turned 17 touches into 86 yards and a touchdown in Week 3.

Bills RB LeSean McCoy (rib, questionable) took limited practice reps all week and is questionable for Week 4. McCoy expects to return to face the Packers in Week 4. He’s a volume play in Green Bay.

Colts RB Marlon Mack (hamstring, questionable) took limited practice reps all week and is questionable for Week 4. Mack may be able to return this week. Jordan Wilkins and Nyheim Hines haven’t impressed in the two games that Mack missed, so if he can play, he may be in for a large workload. The Colts play early on Sunday.

Raiders RB Marshawn Lynch (shoulder) took limited practice reps all week. Lynch should be fine to play through the shoulder injury.

Saints RB Alvin Kamara (knee) took limited practice reps Friday. Kamara was removed from the injury report so he will be fine to play through the knee injury.

Dolphins RB Frank Gore (not injury related) returned to take full practice reps Friday after missing practice Thursday.

Falcons RB Devonta Freeman (knee, out) took limited practice reps again Friday and is out for Week 4. Tevin Coleman should continue to see the vast majority of running back touches in the Atlanta backfield. He’s a solid RB1 against the Bengals this week.

Jaguars RB Leonard Fournette (hamstring, questionable) took full practice reps on Friday after being limited earlier in the week and is questionable for Week 4.

Titans RB David Fluellen (groin, out) missed practice all week and is out for Week 4.

Eagles RB Corey Clement (quadricep, questionable) took limited practice reps again Friday and is questionable for Week 4. Clement seems iffy for Week 4. If he’s out, Wendell Smallwood will back up Jay Ajayi.

Seahawks RB Chris Carson (hip, questionable) took limited practice reps all week and is questionable for Week 4. Carson is questionable but should be able to play through the hip injury.

49ers RB Matt Breida (knee, questionable) took limited practice reps Friday and is questionable for Week 4. Breida was able to finish last week’s game so he’s probably going to be able to play in Week 4, though the limited Friday practice is worrisome. He says he’ll be a game-time decision, which is an issue since the 49ers play late on Sunday. If he’s able to play, he should see an uptick in targets with C.J. Beathard under center. Beathard targeted Carlos Hyde and Breida on more than 30% of his pass attempts in his six starts last season.

Bengals RB Giovani Bernard (thigh) took full practice reps on Friday after being limited earlier in the week. Bernard should be fine to play through the thigh injury. The Falcons have yielded a ton of receptions to opposing running backs, and that should lead to a big game for Bernard.

Eagles RB Jay Ajayi (back) took full practice reps again Friday. Ajayi is a go for Week 4. The Eagles indicated they wanted to expand his workload, but that was before the back injury.

Seahawks QB Russell Wilson (hamstring) took full practice reps again Friday. No worries here. It looks like Wilson will get Doug Baldwin back this week.

Browns QB Tyrod Taylor (concussion, back, questionable) took limited practice reps again Friday and is questionable for Week 4.

Dolphins QB Ryan Tannehill (right shoulder) took full practice reps all week. Tannehill should be good to go for a nice matchup against the Patriots. Tannehill should be in a position to throw the ball more than he has so far this season (24.7 pass attempts through three weeks). He’s been coolly efficient in leading the Dolphins to a 3-0 start, posting 230/2 against the Titans, 168/2 (while adding 44 rushing yards) against the Jets and 289/3 against the Raiders. This is not a bad spot against the Patriots, who are No. 24 in QB aFPA. The last time Tannehill played in Foxboro (back in 2016), he completed 32-of-45 passes for 389 yards, two touchdowns and two interceptions, while adding 35 yards as a rusher.

Steelers QB Ben Roethlisberger (not injury related) took full practice reps again Friday. Roethlisberger should be fine to face the Ravens.

Packers QB Aaron Rodgers (knee, questionable) took limited practice reps again Friday and is questionable for Week 4. Rodgers will continue to play through the knee injury.

Titans QB Marcus Mariota (right elbow) took full practice reps all week. Mariota will start in Week 4.

Colts QB Andrew Luck (groin) took full practice reps all week. Luck is good to go for a home matchup against a struggling Houston defense.

Broncos QB Case Keenum (knee) took full practice reps again Friday. Keenum opened the season with 329/3 against the Seahawks before a poor outing against the Raiders (which was saved by a rushing touchdown) and another bad game against the Ravens. He should bounce back against the Chiefs, who are last in the league in QB aFPA and have yielded 8.0 YPA and eight passing touchdowns through three weeks.

Ravens QB Lamar Jackson (illness) took full practice reps again Friday.

Titans QB Blaine Gabbert (concussion, questionable) missed practice all week and is questionable for Week 4.

Cardinals QB Sam Bradford (pectoral) took full practice reps on Friday after being limited earlier in the week.

Titans K Ryan Succop (left knee) returned to full practice reps Thursday after missing Wednesday. He sat out with knee tendinitis, but it looks like he’s going to play.

Jaguars K Josh Lambo (right hip) was added to the injury report Thursday after missing practice. We’ll keep an eye on this.

Patriots WR Josh Gordon (hamstring) took limited practice reps again Thursday. Gordon is still learning the offense but the Patriots may want to get him on the field given their two-game losing streak.

49ers WR Marquise Goodwin (quadricep) took limited practice reps Wednesday. He was “full” on Thursday so it looks like he’s good to go. He was targeted on 13.4% of C.J. Beathard’s pass attempts and accounted for 22.9% of his passing yardage in six games last season.

Seahawks RB Chris Carson (hip) took limited practice reps Wednesday. Carson had a huge workload in Week 3 and seems likely that he’ll lead the Seahawks in touches again in Week 4.

49ers RB Matt Breida (knee) took limited practice reps Wednesday. Breida was able to finish last week’s game so he’s probably going to be able to play in Week 4. He should see an uptick in targets with C.J. Beathard under center. Beathard targeted Carlos Hyde and Breida on more than 30% of his pass attempts in his six starts last season.

Bengals RB Giovani Bernard (thigh) took limited practice reps again Thursday. Bernard should be fine to play through the thigh injury. He’s been very productive when he receives RB1-type touches.

Eagles RB Jay Ajayi (back) returned to full practice reps Thursday after missing Wednesday. The news is encouraging, but Ajayi is no sure thing for Week 4. If he’s out, Corey Clement and Wendell Smallwood will split the work with Clement in a lead role. If he does play, he should return to lead back touches.

Browns QB Tyrod Taylor (concussion, back) returned to limited practice reps Thursday after missing Wednesday practice.

Dolphins QB Ryan Tannehill (right shoulder) took full practice reps again Thursday. No worries here.

Steelers QB Ben Roethlisberger (not injury related) returned to full practice reps Thursday after missing Wednesday. Roethlisberger will be fine to face the Ravens.

Broncos QB Case Keenum (knee) took full practice reps Thursday. Keenum opened the season with 329/3 against the Seahawks before a poor outing against the Raiders (which was saved by a rushing touchdown) and another bad game against the Ravens. He should bounce back against the Chiefs, who are last in the league in QB aFPA and have yielded 8.0 YPA and eight passing touchdowns through three weeks.

Colts TE Eric Ebron (shoulder, knee) did not practice Wednesday. If Jack Doyle is out another week, don’t hesitate to dial up Ebron (vs. HOU) again. He didn’t do much last week (5-33) but he played 88% of the snaps and saw 11 targets.

Colts TE Jack Doyle (hip) did not practice Wednesday. We’re going to assume Doyle is going to miss another game unless he returns to practice by Friday. If he’s out again, Eric Ebron will be a good start given his five catches and 11 targets in Week 3.

Fuller’s receiving lines in the five games he has played with Deshaun Watson: 4-35-2, 2-57-2, 2-62-1, 5-125-2 and 8-113-1. That’s a 67-catch, 1254-yard and 26-touchdown (!!!) pace. The touchdowns are going to regress eventually, but it’s encouraging to see that Fuller went over 100 yards receiving (and 8 targets) in each of his last two games with Watson. The Giants will be missing CB Eli Apple.

Cardinals WR Larry Fitzgerald (hamstring, questionable) took limited practice reps again Friday and is questionable for Week 3. Fitzgerald should be fine to play through the hamstring injury.

Titans RB Derrick Henry (back) took full practice reps on Friday after being limited earlier in the week. Henry will play against the Jaguars but it’s a terrible matchup and he’s splitting time with Dion Lewis.
